The short version. The Onnext app stores your check-ins, scores, journal and synced health data on your device, not on our servers. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we cannot read what we do not hold. The longer version below explains exactly what touches our infrastructure and why.
ONNEXT (onnext.ai) is an Australian-operated personal detection intelligence product. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@onnext.ai.
Everything you create or sync in the Onnext app lives in local storage on your own device:
None of this is uploaded to Onnext servers. If you delete the app or use Delete all my data in Settings, it is gone. You can export everything as a single JSON file from Settings at any time.
When you connect a service such as Strava or WHOOP, you sign in with that provider and approve read-only access. Two things then happen:
You can disconnect any provider in the app at any time, and you can also revoke Onnext from inside the provider's own settings. Each provider's own privacy policy governs the data they hold about you.
If you join the waitlist on onnext.ai, your email address is stored with our email platform (Klaviyo) and used to send you Onnext updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Organisations can send behavioural signals to the Onnext risk engine through our API to receive risk assessments for their own members. Data submitted to the API is processed in memory to compute the response and is not stored by Onnext. The organisation that sends the data remains responsible for having the right consent to use it. API access is authenticated and rate limited.
The website, app and API are served by Cloudflare. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamps) exist transiently at the infrastructure level for security and reliability, as with any website. Our email platform is Klaviyo. We do not operate our own user database in the current release.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to a regulator. Because the product is on-device first, in most cases the complete answer is: we hold your waitlist email at most, and everything else is already in your hands. Email hello@onnext.ai and we will respond promptly.
Onnext is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and update the effective date above. We will not quietly weaken it.
